Dafting

I'll begin with with the definition: /dafting/ (v) dancing to Daft Punk music.

I've been dafting a lot lately, especially to Instant Crush. I don't know about you but Daft Punk has my vote for best dressed at the 2014 Grammys. Not surprising they took home three Grammys: Album of the Year, Record of the Year, and Best Pop Duo/ Group Performance.

Beauty Haul at Sephora

I recently stopped by Sephora to pick up a few hair essentials since I just got my hair lightened (shout out to my fabulous stylist Joanne @ PR Partners - Tysons). I have curly/wavy hair and lots of it so the LivingProof hair serum is great for taming the frizz while giving it the shine it deserves. I also got the PHYTO hair mask which I used for the first time this morning and I can already feel the difference in my hair.

I obviously shopped beyond what I "needed":
**Peter Thomson Roth face pads (I use them every night before bed, trust me, it's a game changer for your face)
**Sephora buffer brush (for an airbrushed look)
**Fresh sugar lip balm (best thing since sliced bread)

Fashion Touchdown

Those who know me know that I'm not into football- keeping it real. This, however, gets me excited about football. The CFDA and Bloomingdale's teamed up on an awesome collaboration of 48 customized football helmets created by some of our favorite designers.
