Sunday Runway

As you know, last Sunday I spent the day shooting with Haya Tetroashvili of GoodGoodGorgeous and glamour makeup artist Vivian Wynter of Amplified Glamour. Here's the second look I wanted to share with my amazing followers. I'm sure some of you can relate to standing in front of your closets before a night out and feeling like you have nothing to wear. Well, the truth is we all have plenty to wear, it really just comes down to what we are in the mood to wear. This Zara Studio Leather Peplum Top {similar} is one of those staple pieces that I can throw on regardless of my style mood. I'm always in the mood to look chic. Sometimes, I like to wear it with a teal or bright purple pencil skirt landing right above the knee. This time, I paired it with these red coated jeans by Rich & Skinny {similar}. I also love these Legacy Geyser Foil Jeans by Rich and Skinny. Metallic skinnies are my new obsession. Rich and Skinny jeans have such a perfect-fit feel to them.

I found these black studded pump booties at Cusp a couple of years ago and they still kill it. The best part is, the studded flap is removable. Here are a similar pair. I'd also like to point out that my fashionable mother picked out my black No. 7 Quilted Zip Tote by Henri Bendel. They recently opened a Henri Bendel store in Tysons Galleria- go crazy.

For those of you who live in D.C understand how ridiculously freezing- as you can probably already tell by the looks of my hands. These grey cable-knit fingerless mittens have saved me in so many cold walks to the metro to and from work- I literally don't ever leave home without them. I found them at South Moon Under while I was there for the grand opening in the new Mosaic center in Dunn Loring (NOVA)- in case you missed my post. Of course I couldn't buy the mittens without this textured coat by Blue Juice- I removed the fur collar to make it more playful and I haven't put it back since..oops.
